University of Arkansas System Joins SkillsWave
Arkansas’ Driving Force in Economic, Educational and Cultural Advancement Joins the SkillsWave Education Network
[KITCHENER & LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, September 30, 2024] SkillsWave, an upskilling company that provides a network of high-quality education options to propel businesses and their employees forward, announced today a new partnership with the University of Arkansas System. This collaboration will see the launch of three bachelor of business programs with concentrations in logistic and supply chain management, operations management and financial planning. This partnership also welcomes two new master’s programs to the SkillsWave catalog: Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Leadership.
The individual components of the UA System include seven universities and colleges respectively, and six other contributing units. Each part of the UA System works together effectively to offer a wide range of services, including programming in medical education, law, math, science, agriculture, archeology, criminal justice and more. Each campus, division and unit of the UA System builds strength together and champions diverse offerings that result in a significant economic and social impact on the state.
The partnership will initially launch with University of Arkansas Grantham, a 100 percent online institution that offers flexible course and program options that are an efficient fit with the busy schedules of the adult learners of SkillsWave’s corporate clients. UA Grantham offers 40 award-winning online programs in workforce-relevant fields, including classes that start monthly, 8-week courses and no set class times.
