Nick Oddson and Rose Kocher Join SkillsWave to Lead Product and Operations

Kocher and Oddson Each Bring Over Two Decades of High Impact Leadership Experience at Rapidly Growing Tech Companies 

[KITCHENER, August 12, 2024] SkillsWave, an upskilling system for businesses serious about skills, today announced Nick Oddson joining its senior leadership team as Head of Product and IT. Rose Kocher has also joined as Head of Operations and Project Management. 

Oddson has almost three decades of experience leading product engineering and development in scaling technology companies. He comes to SkillsWave from D2L, where as Chief Technology Officer, he guided the organization from a packaged software company into a leading SaaS company, leading its world-class technology, engineering and design.  

Kocher is a seasoned operations leader with a stellar resume of guiding growth in organizations through operational excellence. Having spent eighteen years guiding D2L from its initial start-up phase to becoming a global learning leader, she honed her expertise in leading large scale organizational initiatives working with both government and private sector.
